During the Day of the Dead celebration, CalArts joined in the festivities for a week, with students coming together to commemorate lost loved ones and illuminate the stories of the characters that emerged during the immersive theater performances. 

As one of scenic designers, I took charge of various aspects of the event, including crafting decorations and creating my own installation design inspired by the ongoing issue of femicides in Mexico. I worked closely with the Creative Director, Pablo de Larrañaga Aramoni, accompanying him throughout the full production process from concept to execution. Additionally, I had the privilege of being part of the inaugural group of students to paint the iconic blue wall at CalArts.
